This place is perfect for a small to medium group. One room two twin beds, other two rooms full size to queen size beds up by the ping pong table there was a futon with a trundle. So truthfully place could sleep 8 comfortably. As two bunk beds to the room with the twins could sleep 10. Kitchen is quaint but very useful especially if you’re on a budget and can’t eat out every night.

Negative: the fact the cops were called on me kicked out and they kept 4 days of my booking I didn't even stay 1!
